I plotted paper templates out full size from the panel drawing and stuck them onto the aluminium sheet so I could get an accurate cut. Then I went through and cut the round holes, the opening for the EFIS, all the switches and the glove box hole.

After that I started to attach the original glove box and put the rivets in. It worked really nicely.
