One of the fun tasks we needed to do was recalibrate the fuel gauges. That involved draining the tanks completely, then slowly filling them gallon by gallon and making a note of each one on the calibration page in the G3X. This is us doing that here, with Clayton giving me a hand, because he loves messing around with aviation fuel!
